We ve absolutely loved calling this house our family home for the past several years. With five generously sized bedrooms, it s been a game changer for family life no squabbling over space a miracle if you ve got kids! , and plenty of room for everyone to grow.

One of the best decisions we made was extending and putting in the new kitchen breakfast room. It s truly become the heart of the home. Whether it s been hosting birthday parties, festive get togethers, or simply sitting around the breakfast bar chatting about our day, it s where so many of our favourite memories have been made. It s light, spacious, and perfect for entertaining.

The electric private gates have been a brilliant feature too not just for that extra sense of security, but also for the privacy and peace of mind they ve given us over the years.

Letting go of this home is bittersweet, but it s ready for the next family to make it their own. We hope they ll be as happy here as we ve been.
