It is accessed at the side and provides nearly 2,150 sq. ft. of versatile accommodation including an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor, and a cloakroom. The sitting room measures over 24 ft. and has an exposed brick wall with a feature fireplace housing a log burning stove and a bay window.
