"This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a modern 1960s built, and subsequently extended, five bedroom detached property in need of updating throughout.

There is much scope for further extension, subject to any necessary planning approvals.

The property has a good entrance hall added to the front and incorporating a cloakroom. From here access is available through to the spacious dining room and on to the equally good size living room, an earlier extension.
