"A beautifully presented 3/4 bedroom detached home retaining a number of period features such as original doors and floors. Accommodation comprises a hexagonal entrance hall offering access to dual aspect lounge and sitting room/4th bedroom as well as utility room and stairs to the first floor. Through the light, airy lounge there is access to a 24'ft x 12'5ft all weather conservatory complete with beautiful made-to-measure blinds and remote controlled roof blinds. It has underfloor heating with separate heating controls and thermostatically controlled cooling system. The conservatory provides a family room with dining area, also accessed from the kitchen. The kitchen has a walk in pantry under the stairs along with range cooker, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, fitted combination microwave oven, and a number of eye and base level units with granite worktops. There is also a cloakroom to the ground floor off of the utility room. The utility room has bespoke floor and wall cupboards, a full height linen cupboard, butler sink, granite worktop and space/plumbing for washing machine. To the first floor there is a spacious landing offering access to three double bedrooms, one of which is dual aspect, another triple aspect, again all with wonderful made to measure wooden Venetian blinds. The roomy bathroom consists of larger than usual Jacuzzi bath (80 x 170 cm) with thermostatically controlled shower over, pedestal hand basin, bidet and W/C. The basin, bidet, WC and all brassware, including the shower, are by Lefroy Brooks. Access to the loft is by ceiling hatch and foldaway ladder in the bathroom. The loft is partly boarded out and has electric light. The property is centrally heated by a Worcester Bosch Greenstar combination boiler fitted in 2009. Outside, the property benefits from double tandem garage with parking to the rear. Low maintenance front and rear gardens with various flowering shrubs and fruit trees. All the floors have been sanded and varnished with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom where the boards were replaced with wider reclaimed stripped pine ones.
