"An attractive modern three bedroom attached cottage situated within this popular village location on the Dorset border. The property offers excellent accommodation including entrance hall, cloakroom, kitchen and lounge with dining area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms including master with en-suite shower room and bathroom. There are also front and rear gardens as well as driveway and garage with parking..    All room sizes are approximate.

SITUATION    Drimpton is a small but friendly village on the Dorset/Somerset border, five miles from Beaminster and Crewkerne and nine miles from the seaside town of Bridport. The village benefits from a Public House, Church, Village Hall and recreation ground as well as easy access to the surrounding countryside. The village of Broadwindsor is only a couple of miles away and has a shop, Public House, Village Hall, Church and Primary School as well as a Craft Centre. The main towns of Beaminster and Bridport offer an excellent range of further shopping and business facilities.

DIRECTIONS    From our office in Bridport, follow the directions for Beaminster. Upon reaching the town of Beaminster, continue through the town to the mini-roundabout, taking the first exit left, signposted Broadwindsor, after approximately three miles upon reaching the village centre follow the one-way road and continue out of the village signposted Drimpton. Continue into the village of Drimpton, passing the Royal Oak public house on your right, follow the road around and take your next right into Applefield Road. The property is the first to be found on the left hand side.
