"This attractive semi detached cottage is located in Slindon, one of the most desirable villages in the area. The property is offered for sale with no forward chain and is in need of some modernisation, although it does offer scope to extend, subject to the relevant planning permissions.

Most of the accommodation is on the ground floor and you enter straight into the kitchen at the front, which leads to a dining room with restricted head height. In addition there is a reception room to the rear, a large utility / boot room and a ground floor bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms.

To the front is parking for up to three cars. The pretty rear garden offers a good degree of privacy, with a large paved patio, a shed and two small outbuildings.
Location
Slindon is one of the most desirable villages in the South Downs National Park, with many of the original houses owned by the National Trust. The village has two churches, a cricket club, a primary school and private school, a thriving shop and caf? - The Forge, and a popular pub and restaurant - The Spur. The surrounding area offers wonderful Downland walks. Chichester and Arundel, with their many attractions, are both within 8 miles of the village. Barnham train station is 4 miles away.
