"This attractive three bedroom semi detached villa sits in pretty cul-de-sac in the heart of Montrose. The property provides a large gated driveway to the front and side of the house and can easily accommodate up to three cars and could house a garage if desired. There is a small garden to the front of the property however the show stopper is the large enclosed private garden to the rear which would be ideal for a family of any age included in the gardens is a summerhouse, shed, decking area and bike store. All are of timber construction with felt covered roofs.
Internally the property is well proportioned and has been maintained to a good standard on the ground floor you will find a welcoming hallway which leads to the large bright lounge which over looks the front garden, the family sized kitchen which again is bright and has room to host a table and chairs for dining, the kitchen also provides access to the rear garden. Finally on the ground floor you find the bathroom which consist of the P shaped bath with a shower over the bath. On the upper level you find three double bedrooms each of which has built in storage. The property itself does offer a loft with more storage facilities and benefits from D.G and G.C.H throughout with a new boiler fitted in April 2021.



Montrose sits between Dundee and Aberdeen and is serviced by the east coast mainline to Edinburgh, Aberdeen and beyond making it a great base for commuters. Montrose town centre offers a great selection and range of shops, bars, banks and food outlets.
