"A significant period, character, country residence in the well regarded location of Llanbadrig, an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) being rural yet within a short distance (1/2 to 1 mile) of the pretty seaside harbour village of Cemaes Bay, excellent coastal walks, and some 4 miles from Bull Bay with its 18 hole Golf Course, 5 miles from the larger town of Amlwch.
It is anticipated the area will significantly benefit from investment for the build of a new nuclear power station Wilfa Newydd planed for construction in 2018/2019 which will see some £2.4 billion invested.
The property formerly owned by The National Trust with several covenants to protect the area, land and future of the building enjoying approx. 2.8 acres of gardens/land. Fairly generous accommodation with charm and character. Requiring a general sympathetic scheme of repair and refurbishment which once complete would provide a significant quality home in a prime position.
