"A four bedroom family house with a ground floor master suite (perfect for the extended family) situated close to the sea (approximately 30 metres from the small town beach and Victorian pier). The property benefits from a combi gas fired central heating system and selected rooms boast wonderful views to the Menai Strait and Snowdonia mountains beyond. The spacious accommodation briefly comprises:- Basement - Cinema Room and a heated store room

(ideal for drying wet suits). Ground floor - Master suite comprising bedroom with a window overlooking the rear courtyard and an en-suite shower room plus an Interconnecting passage to the front dressing room/lounge. To the first floor, there is an impressive L shaped open plan living area comprising:- living/dining room

(sea and mountain views) and a kitchen with an 8 ring cooking range. On this floor, there is also a home office, a laundry room and a separate Wc. The top floor has three good size bedrooms (two with sea/mountain views), a family bathroom with a roll top bath and a further separate shower room. Externally, there is a front courtyard and a slightly larger enclosed courtyard to the rear. Given the layout and generous proportions, in our opinion, this property is ideally suited as a large family home, a holiday home (sleeping up to 10 persons) or as a home that can cater for a family and live in relatives.
