"A deceptively spacious Grade II-listed Georgian townhouse located conveniently for the shops and facilities in the centre of the town. The property is believed to have been built in 1813 and has painted brick elevations with a handsome bay window. Internally the house extends to 1042 sq. ft. and is beautifully appointed, having been subject to an extensive refurbishment by the vendor. The décor has been modernised while respecting the history of the home, incorporating the original fireplaces into a contemporary design. The open plan kitchendiningliving room is at the rear of the property and is a stunning space with bi-fold doors opening to the garden. This social space incorporates a large central island with breakfast bar, space for an AGA and ample storage within the shaker-style units. A cloakroom with w.c. completes the ground floor accommodation.
On the first floor there are two good size bedrooms both with fitted storage and a family bathroom with both bath and shower facilities.
