"***Reduced below HR***â--The Last Postâ-- is set in the centre of a row of three traditional farmersâ-- cottages, with this property originally being three cottages that have been modernised and converted into a spacious family home. The current owners during their tenure have continually upgraded and maintained the property to a fantastic standard. The most recent upgrades are a fantastic modern dining kitchen, with the combi-boiler and oil tank being replaced in 2020. The property offers spacious accommodation over a single level. It allows for modern-day family living, further benefiting from a fresh neutral decor, double glazing and oil-fired central heating. Access is from the hall to all rooms. The spacious lounge is bright and airy with dual aspect windows flooding the room with natural light with a working open fireplace adding that touch of grandeur. The modern style dining kitchen is complete with a centre island with multiple base and wall mounted units and wood-style worktops with quality integrated appliances. The dining area with French doors allows access to the courtyard and large decked area and completes the kitchen. A centrally located four-piece family bathroom with a separate shower cubicle and a master bedroom with a large wardrobe and mirrored doors. There are three other good-sized double bedrooms all of which have cupboards with bedroom four currently being used as a home office. There is ample on-street parking immediately to the front of the property. To the rear, there are two courtyards with access gained to both from separate doors. The south-facing courtyard is accessed from the kitchen to a large decked area which is a great spot for some alfresco dining, entertaining and enjoying the sun. The other courtyard is accessed via the rear door and is laid on a paved area with a stone chip border. Both courtyards have a large boundary wall providing child and pet-friendly areas. The property is serviced with mains electricity, main water, oil fired central heating and drainage to a septic tank and soak away. Opposite and slightly up from the property there is an open area that is overgrown that belongs to this property. Originally had a garage of some sort on it, so maybe potential for further development once ownership was confirmed and planning consent was granted."
