"This three bedroom house is located on a quiet street, and is very convenient for the city centre and local amenities with excellent bus links. The property is in very good order throughout, having been freshly decorated throughout, and has good sized rooms, modern kitchen, new bathroom, full gas central heating with Combi boiler (Eco Boiler installed 2012 and fully serviced), and double glazing.
