" A two bedroom DETACHED BUNGALOW, linked to its neighbour only by its garage, being the first bungalow on the level section towards the top end of Penpethy Road. The bungalow occupies a gently sloping site which enjoys a good degree of privacy at the rear by virtue of the screen of mature trees. To the front there is a wide block paved driveway offering ample parking.  The bungalow has well proportioned rooms with the added benefit of a dining room extension at the rear.  There are two useful loft rooms accessed via a loft ladder from the hall.  There is gas fired central and double glazing, however the bungalow is now in need of complete refurbishment and up-dating.    "
