" Description    A three bedroom semi-detached family home located on the edge of the popular village of Rotherfield. Downstairs there are currently two reception rooms and a shower room and a kitchen and whilst on the first floor there are three bedrooms. Situation    The house is located in Town Row which is on the edge of Rotherfield which is a delightful village well served with local shops, church, local inns and primary school. The closest railway station is approximately 2 miles away at Jarvis Brook which provides direct rail service and a bridge. The towns of Mayfield and Crowborough are within a short drive away and Crowborough having more extensive shopping facilities and well served colleges for all ages.
