" Crofton close lies just off Grasmere Road in the heart of Kennington. The area is well established and popular with families, mainly due to the local schools, but the town is not far away, neither is Junction 9 of the M20.The morning sun warms the front of this property and lights up the hallway and porch; which was added in 2008. What was the lounge is now a study, but would also make a great playroom. The dining room is still the same and the kitchen was updated in 2009. The extension of this property is to the rear and is a fantastic space! Its private and it also allows you to enjoy beautiful views of the well stocked back garden, complete with shed, patio and awning.Like the kitchen, the bathroom was updated in 2009 and is stylish and modern with granite flooring.

When we first viewed this property we just loved the space. My husband was able to have a room as a study and an area for him to keep all his 'knick-knacks'. We always use the table when we eat so having a separate dining room was very important. Although the extension was already here, we've made various other improvements and recently had all the windows and doors changed, as well as having the loft and cavity wall insulation upgraded.All the neighbours are fantastic, in fact the only reason for the move is, unfortunately, due to health reasons.
