" Built in 1897 is a detached Victorian house in a most sought after location. Providing the utmost convenience for Horsham town centre, train station and many other amenities, it is a wonderful family home but has equally been enjoyed by a mature couple for many years. The versatile accommodation is spread over three floors and comprises of three reception rooms, the sitting room is a bright room with bay window and a beautiful open fire. The family room and dining room is currently open plan yet they are individual rooms. There is a useful pantry accessed via the dining room. The kitchen overlooks the attractive rear garden and Cherry Blossom Tree. On the first floor are three double bedrooms and a large family bathroom, stairs lead to the second floor where you will find the master bedroom, en suite bathroom and decent eves storage space. Outside, to the front of the property is an attached garage and two off road parking spaces. The rear garden is very well screened and has a mature Cherry Blossom Tree and a brick built shed, it is mainly laid to lawn with an area of patio.
SITUATION
For the commuter, Horsham main line railway station is less than a quarter of a mile away. The Carfax in the town centre is also around a quarter of a mile away, offering a wide-range of restaurants, services and shopping facilities.
