" An impressive spacious & well presented three storey extended family home, situated 1/4 mile of Horsham town centre & mainline station. The accommodation is in excellent decorative order and comprises a large entrance hall with two useful storage cupboards, cloakroom, turning stairs to the first floor and doors to the sitting room and kitchen/dining room. The sitting room has an open fire with a Walnut surround and bespoke fitted cabinets with display shelving above. Double doors to a playroom/family room to front aspect. At the opposite end of the sitting room there are folding doors into the kitchen/dining room. The dining section of the kitchen has been enlarged to provide a spacious triple aspect area with vaulted ceiling and double doors out to the rear garden. The main section of the kitchen has a range of built-in appliances including a five ring Neff hob with extractor fan above, separate double oven and grill, fridge/freezer and Neff dishwasher. Walk-in larder and door to outside.
To the first floor are two bedrooms (one with a balcony over looking the garden) and a spacious family bathroom with a double width separate shower cubicle and airing cupboard housing a Glo-worm boiler. For the commuter Horsham mainline railway station is situated less than a quarter of a mile away. Horsham town centre is situated around quarter of a mile away and offers many different shopping facilities. There is also a theatre, cinema and bowling complex in the town. On the outskirts of Horsham there is a choice of Golf and Country Clubs one of which is in the pretty village of Mannings Heath.
