" Situated in the popular village of Barns Green is a spacious family home within a corner plot which includes a rear garden extending some 120ft in width. The ground floor accommodation flows well with a dining room, sitting room and conservatory as the main living space. There is also a beautifully finished ground floor wet room full with shower, basin and W.C. and kitchen/breakfast room which has been re-fitted to a high standard and has access to the rear garden. In total there are three bathrooms, including a family bathroom and en suite to the master bedroom. Three of the four bedrooms are doubles, all of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The space is very light and bright due to the large windows.
