" A two bedroom detached period cottage with fantastic rural views located in a small hamlet close to the Fowey estuary with large gardens of approximately three quarters of an acre. Off road parking and numerous small outbuildings

A dual aspect room with three UPVC double glazed windows enjoying fantastic views over the countryside towards St Veep with views as far as Bodmin Moor. To the rear the windows look out onto the rear garden and a painted panelled door with glazed panes gives access into the garden. The room has a painted cottage ceiling with exposed beams, tiled floor throughout and at the end of the room a large wood burning boiler in a recessed chimney with a wooden surround.
