SITUATION
Wilcove is a small village about a mile North of Torpoint at the head of a tidal inlet of the River Tamar just South of Saltash in the corner of South East Cornwall opposite Plymouth. The village has a well-established local Pub and is about 2 miles from Antony where there is a Church of England junior and infants school. Closer, at Torpoint are schools for all ages from infants through to 6th form. HMS Raleigh naval base is about 2 miles distance. The town of Torpoint is well served with a thriving shopping centre, having 2 banks, 2 supermarkets, post office as well as butchers, bakers and hardware stores; there is a regular vehicular ferry link via the A374 to Devonport/Plymouth. Golfing facilities are available at Portwrinkle and the sandy beaches of Whitsand Bay are all within a few miles. Mount Edgcumbe Country Park (11 miles) and Antony House (NT) 1 mile, with the coastal footpaths to Ramehead provide a beautiful environment for walking.

DIRECTIONS
From Torpoint leave on the A374 and take the 2nd right SP Wilcove. Upon reaching the village, at the bottom of the hill keep left and and turn left into the private road and the house is on the left about 150 yards from the waterside.
