" A detached bungalow, pleasantly situated in a small cul-de-sac on the popular Manorfields development. Although having the total floor area of many two bedroom bungalows on the same development, this property was built as a one bedroom bungalow with a large sitting/dining room and a good-sized double bedroom. The property has electric night storage heating with UPVC double glazed replacement windows at the front, which have a wood grain-effect on the outside and white finish internally. HUNSTANTON Hunstanton is a coastal town and resort facing the Wash. It is unusual because you can see a sunset over the sea, being the only town on the east coast that faces west. The beach is long and sandy and is famous for its striped cliffs. There are two supermarkets, a selection of schools (primary and secondary) and a range of shops.
