" This fantastic family home is set over three floors in a small gated development of just nine houses within the village of Bluebell Hill. On the ground floor there is a downstairs cloakroom, kitchen with oak-effect units, integrated double oven and hob, washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. The large living room has space for a dining room table, a walk in storage cupboard and French doors opening onto the rear garden. On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms and the main family bathroom which has a white suite with shower over the bath and heated towel rail. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a fitted wardrobe and two walk in storage cupboards set within the eaves. The en-suite shower room is next door which has a heated towel rail and two further walk in storage cupboards. The garden is private with a patio and lawn area. The property is gas centrally heated, has an alarm and has two allocated parking spaces. There is excellent access to the M2 and M20 junctions.
Location
Bluebell Hill is a village in the Aylesford parish which is part of the borough of Tonbridge and Malling in Kent. It is located halfway between Chatham and Maidstone lying at the top of Bluebell Hill. The village has a popular pub, the Robin Hood, which lies just outside the village with the Lower Bell nearby. Buckmore Park Kart Circuit is close. There is a coach service going through the village for commuters to London. Junction 3 of the M2 is just north of the village and the A229 links to both Maidstone and Chatham. There is a regular bus service between the Medway Towns and Maidstone.
