" This semi detached house is available within the village of Bluebell Hill in a small gated development of just nine houses. The front door opens to a welcoming hallway leading through to the stairway and all rooms. The kitchen has oak units and integral appliances which include a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, double oven and gas hob on a tiled floor. The lounge is a large size that allows the dining area to be included and there is a walk in storage cupboard. The French doors open to the rear garden with lawn and patio area. The downstairs cloakroom has wc and sink basin on a tiled floor. The first floor includes two large double bedrooms and the family bathroom. The bathroom has a shower fitted over the bath and a chrome heated towel rail. The walls are part tiled with a tiled floor. The second floor opens to the master bedroom with a fitted wardrobe and two large storage cupboards set within the eaves. This leads to an ensuite shower room with a tiled floor, chrome heated towel rail and two further storage cupboards set in the eaves. The property is gas centrally heated, has upvc double glazing throughout and is alarmed. There is allocated parking to the front. Bluebell Hill is a village in the Aylesford parish which is part of the borough of Tonbridge and Malling in Kent. It is located halfway between Chatham and Maidstone lying at the top of Bluebell Hill. The village has a popular pub, the Robin Hood, which lies just outside the village with the Lower Bell nearby. Buckmore Park Kart Circuit is close. There is a coach service going through the village for commuters to London. Junction 3 of the M2 is just north of the village and the A229 links to both Maidstone and Chatham. There is a regular bus service between the Medway Towns and Maidstone
