" INTRODUCTION This sizeable family home warrants an internal inspection to fully appreciate the space it has to offer. It boasts pleasant views from its elevated position and backs onto fields to the rear. It is well presented and offers plentiful off road parking within the front bay. A Local Occupancy applies. 

ACCOMMODATION The property is considered to be in good decorative order throughout and of a neutral theme.

Internally, from the entrance hall there is a door leading to the utility room and the dining room with staircase to first floor. The dining area has a front aspect and french doors which open into the lounge.

There is a community centre, village bakery and nearby Crooklands Hotel and Pub.
