" Fell View Park is in the pretty little village of Gosforth which is in the Lake District National Park situated between the hills and the sea in the Western Lakes region of Cumbria. Approx 12 miles from the harbour town of Whitehaven, where a variety of shops and restaurants can be found.
This beautiful park home has been well maintained by the current owners and is ready to move into and enjoy.
There is a lovely lounge with dual aspect windows and feature fire, a perfect place for sitting and relaxing after a day in the hills.
The kitchen provides plenty of units, built in oven, hob and extractor, space for white goods and table and chairs.
There are two bedrooms both of which have matching built in wardrobes and drawers, plus a beautiful shower room.
Outside there is a drive providing parking for one car, a storage shed and gardens, which provide a lovely little spot to sit out and enjoy the peace and quiet and a good book.
