" Have a look at this - and appreciate the location at the same time. It is situated between the River Cocker and the bowling green, yet just off the town centre. There's parking, electric heating, and a balcony too. Its a two bedroomed second floor apartment with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen - a must for someone who wants to watch the ducks in the river!

THE ACCOMMODATION ENTRANCE HALL: doors leading to BEDROOM ONE: double BEDROOM TWO: double with door leading to balcony BATHROOM: with bath, shower, wash hand basin and w.c LOUNGE/KITCHEN:a light and airy spacious room with telephone & television points, door to balcony, dining area. The kitchen includes a range of base and wall units incorporating electric oven and hob, washing machine and fridge EXTERNALLY Allocated parking space for one car HEATING AND SERVICES Heating is by way of Electric Night Storage heaters THE RENT The rent is paid on a calendar monthly basis, in advance, and excludes all charges for services, Council Tax etc. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A deposit will be paid by the tenant, prior to the commencement of the tenancy, equivalent to a six weeks rent which will be returned at the end of the tenancy providing there is no damage, the Inventory is correct and there are no rent arrears.
