"A well proportioned three bedroom end terrace house offering a generous rear garden and off street parking to the front.

Placed to the north east of the city just off Huntington Road, the property has good links with the city centre and many additional amenities close by. There is also a simple route out towards both the ring road and the A64.

The internal accommodation begins with a small entrance hallway which opens up into a generous lounge with a fireplace and a living flame gas fire. To the rear of the ground floor is a spacious fitted dining kitchen and the ground floor is completed with a rear hallway and also a downstairs W.C. The first floor then houses a main bedroom and two further good size bedrooms. Finally there is a three piece bathroom. There are also the advantages of gas central heating and double glazing throughout.
