This spacious semi detached home has been improved and extended to provide accommodation that would particularly suit a couple or a family.

Situated within the Tyne Valley 1.7 miles from Ryton village there are several countryside walks and cycle routes in the area and there are schools and nurseries including Emmaville and Crookill Primary Schools, St Agnes Catholic Primary School and Willows Montessori Nursery, as well as the secondary school in Ryton, Thorp Academy.
