"Detached 4 bedroom chalet home located in a quiet cul de sac, just 0.3 miles from the beach. The property has a superb north facing but very sunny garden and spacious versatile accommodation.

Internally the house offers spacious and bright versatile accommodation with the principle rooms including the lounge and bedrooms mostly having south facing windows.

The ground floor offers a sizeable hallway with an open staircase and storage cupboard. To the front is a good sized sitting room with glass panelled double doors onto the third reception bedroom 4. Across the hallway is bedroom 3, as well as a modern shower room with walk in shower. At the end of the hallway is the spacious well fitted kitchen which is open plan to the orangery family room, offering access out to the stunning rear garden and side terrace.
