"An extended four bedroom family home situated within walking to the market place and Settle s amenities. Internal viewing highly recommended

Entering through the part glazed door is an enclosed porch that is perfect for coats and boots. The living room faces the front of the home and has a feature fireplace to centre with wood burning stove insert, window overlooking the front garden and a staircase to first floor. Off the living room is an inner hallway which provides access to the rest of the ground floor accommodation. To your left is a good size reception room with patio doors to the rear garden. The kitchen faces the rear and has a good range of wall and base units, complementary worktop and sink with tap. Appliances include a stove cooker with gas hob and two electric ovens below. Space and plumbing are available to house a slimline dishwasher and a larder style fridge freezer. Also on the ground floor is a handy cloakroom and access to a utility and storage area.
