An excellent opportunity to acquire this stunning three story semi detached house on the popular Bloor Homes development in West Clyst, close to Pinhoe.

From Exeter City Centre proceed along Blackboy Road onto Pinhoe Road B3212 and carry straight ahead following the signs to Pinhoe. At the double mini roundabout proceed straight ahead on the road towards Broadclyst B3181 . After a short distance, turn right at the main set of traffic lights onto the Bloor development, pass the shop on the left hand side where Coaker Road can be found on the right.
