"An appealing 1930 s built detached house in one of the most sought after areas of Frodsham. Since 2013, the house has been comprehensively refurbished and sensitively extended creating a first class modern home.

This is a character residence with distinctive aesthetics, typical of the period. Inside, extensive works have been completed with great care to blend the original features with stylish contemporary refinements. Significant financial investment has been made yet in a manner sympathetic and in keeping with the original age of the house.

There are feature oak doors and joinery throughout and quality floorings. The layout includes three living rooms with a separate lounge to the front. The heart of the house is a spacious open plan kitchen dining room and this connects to a superb living room beyond with a high vaulted ceiling and bi folding doors opening to a smart rear terrace.

There are four good sized bedrooms to the first floor plus a modern well fitted family bathroom. There are double glazed windows throughout and a gas fired central heating system is installed with a new boiler fitted in 2023.

There is a well established front garden area, driveway parking and a storage area. The rear garden enjoys a good degree of privacy and includes a large stone paved terrace with glass and steel balustrade. A garden is set below with a lawn and flower beds, all enclosed by mature hedges.
