"On a tree lined cul-de-sac on the fringes of the city, the location gives you access to local countryside walks, as well as the city centre via the Park & Ride service. Built in the 1920's this home benefits from off-street parking, a great sized garden and, being semi-detached, side access to the rear of the property. From the block paved driveway, steps lead up to the front door. Inside, the entrance hall has a useful cloakroom, with doors to two of the reception rooms and kitchen. The bay-fronted sitting room has a fireplace with fitted gas fire, whilst the dining room has 'borrowed light' windows to the other two reception rooms. At the rear, the single storey extension has created space for the kitchen and a third reception room, both with roof windows and access to the garden via the living room. Upstairs you will find the two double bedrooms and contemporary family bathroom, along with a walk-in store room which has a window and houses the gas boiler. The southerly rear garden has areas of patio, lawn and decking, bordered by flower beds, with gated side access back to the front of the house.
