This end terraced house has benefitted from some refurbishment and improvement in recent years, including a refitted bathroom and installation of a new gas combi. boiler in November 2023.

With UPVC double glazing, the house offers accommodation comprising, from the rear entrance via the yard into the kitchen, which is fitted with grey units with wood effect worktops, a built in electric oven and gas hob with extractor over, adjacent bathroom, which is fitted with a contemporary white suite including a panelled bath with mains fed shower over, wash basin in vanity unit and W.C., and with Travertine effect tiled walls and and tiled floor.
