"This charming 2 bedroom end terrace cottage is beautifully presented and has the benefit of off road parking for two to three cars. The property is accessed into an inner porch with a further door to the main hallway with stairs to the first floor and living room. The dining area, located to the front of the property, has a bay window with window shutters and seat and a fabulous Victorian style feature fireplace. The living room, open plan to the dining area has a Bath Stone fireplace with log burner, windows to the side, oak veneered flooring and a door to the kitchen. Fitted with shaker style wall and base units with beach worktops, an island unit, Belfast sink and dual aspect windows. This is a naturally light room with the addition of a fabulous Atrium window and door to the side with access to the garden. To the first floor are two bedrooms, the largest to the front has window shutters, a Victorian fireplace and attractive wardrobes in abundance. The second, to the rear also has a Victorian style fireplace and views over the garden and the white bathroom suite completes the upstairs. The property is double glazed and warmed by a mains gas fired central heating system. The front has steps leading to a graveled area and path to the front door whilst the large and very well kept rear garden is laid to a mixture of gravel, lawn and stepping stones and a path leading to a further decked area at the top of the garden. Situation Corsham is a pretty and historic town of architectural significance located on the southern fringes of the Cotswolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty and some 8 miles North East of the fine Georgian City of Bath. The town, noted for its fine High Street, has a wealth of beautiful and historic buildings dating from the 16th Century such as the Alms House and the historic Corsham Court with its landscaped open parkland. The town caters for most day to day needs with a range of national and bespoke shops, coffee houses, boutiques, restaurants and a variety of public houses. There are very good Primary and Secondary schools and the new Corsham Leisure Centre. Communications are excellent Bath, Bristol and Swindon are all within easy motoring distance; there are fast road links to London and the West Country via the M4 motorway J17 and 18 approximately 15 20 minutes away ; and main line rail services are available from either Bath or Chippenham to Bristol Temple Meads and London Paddington.
