"Offered with no upward chain and in good decorative order is this three bedroom semi-detached property. Occupying a Cul-de-Sac position within the sought after Wigston Harcourt estate the property is conveniently located for Wigston Magna and within walking distance of open countryside. Formally a rental property the house has been well maintained by previous long term tenants and is ideally suited to first time buyers, investors or those with small families. The property benefits from UPVC double glazed windows throughout, gas fired central heating and off-road parking. The property briefly comprises of an entrance porch in which there is a very recently fitted electrical consumer unit and on into a small entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor and door that leads into the living room. The living room itself boasts a contemporary wall mounted electric fire and feature bay window to the front aspect. There are double doors that lead through to the spacious kitchen/diner. The kitchen has a range of base and wall mounted units with timber effect roll-edge work surfaces. There is space for a cooker with stainless steel chimney extractor fan over.
