Description

This well proportioned detached bungalow occupies a generous sized corner plot and is in need of modernisation. The property is available with no upward chain.

The property is approached over a driveway leading to the garage. There is a good sized fore garden that wraps around the side of the property and is mainly laid to lawn and interspersed with mature shrubs and a tree.

As you enter you are greeted by a welcoming hallway with doors to the reception room, bedroom two and the wet room.

The generous sized reception room is bright and airy thanks to a large bay window to the front. This neutrally decorated room has a feature fireplace with tiled surround and wooden mantle, two wall light fitments, a door to the kitchen and a further door to bedroom one.
