"Offering ideal family accommodation is this three bedroom semi detached home with two reception rooms, driveway and detached garage. The property is ideally placed for local amenities within Lindley and Marsh, local schooling and the nearby Royal Infirmary. There is a gas fired central heating system, uPVC double glazing and a security system. The accommodation comprises an entrance porch, hallway, dining room, living room and remodelled, stylish kitchen with integrated appliances. Useful storage can be accessed within the loft area. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a large shower room. Externally, the block paved driveway leads to a detached garage and the rear garden has a lawn and paved seating area.
