"House-Hut estate agents present this is a superb three bedroom semi built in the 1930's in one of the most sought after roads in Henleaze. The property has off road parking for several vehicles, an 85ft landscaped south facing garden and a garage converted to an annex. The accommodation comprises: entrance porch, a door with original stained glass leads to the spacious and light hall. Stairs lead to the first floor with a useful cloak room under. The living room and dining room are separated by a wide arch creating a large open plan 27ft room fitted with floor to ceiling cupboards in each recess to the dining area, a bay window to the front, sliding glazed doors to the rear patio and a stone fireplace with coal effect gas fire. The kitchen is to the rear and has been extended to create a good sized L-shaped room with windows to the rear and side. It is fitted with a range of wall and floor units, laminate worktops and inset 1 1/2 bowl stainless steel sink and drainer.
