"A first floor apartment with three bedrooms situated on the promenade, the property has recently undergone a renovation programme by the current owners including new UPVC double glazed windows to the front and back, newly fitted carpets and refitted en-suite and bathroom and now presents in very good order. The accommodation briefly comprises lift and stairs to all floors, personal front door into hallway.
