A two bedroom end of terrace house located on Whatcombe Terrace with a garden room, garage and parking.

A new gas central heating boiler was fitted two years ago and there are double glazed windows and doors throughout. There is a pretty front garden which extends to the side with mature shrubs and trees. The front entrance opens into a hallway which has space for coats and boots. The kitchen has contemporary fitted cupboards, an electric oven and hob, space for a fridge freezer and plumbing for a washing machine. The living room has french doors opening into a garden room and stairs to the first floor.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the larger of which overlooks the garden and the smaller room has views towards Whatcombe fields. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a window. The rear garden is enclosed with fencing and has a terrace and a lawn with flowerbeds. To the front of the property there is a communal pathway shared with neighbours and leading to a single garage with a parking space in front.
