"Situated in a highly regarded location in Burpham within the catchment area of George Abbot school this is a superb detached family home of extremely well proportioned accommodation that is immaculately presented over its three floors. From the start and throughout the house is neutrally decorated to an excellent standard with clean lines and a great deal of light that comes through the newly installed windows and only increases the feeling of space that runs through the house as a whole. On the ground floor there is a reception hall with a solid oak floor and a downstairs cloakroom which in turn leads through into the delightful sitting room running all the way across the back of the house and creating a wonderfully light and roomy principal reception room. Here again there is a delightful solid oak floor and a contemporary central fireplace with a slate hearth that creates a wonderful focal point for the room. From the sitting room there are two sets of doors that open out onto the terrace and the delightful garden beyond and also a door that leads through into the kitchen. On the front of the house there is a separate dining room again with a solid oak floor and on the other side of the hall the kitchen is fitted out with a superb range of Poggenpohl units, granite work surfaces, a whole range of integrated appliances including a six burner stainless steel range with stainless steel canopy above, a large double fridge/freezer and dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer in the adjacent utility space. Two of these bedrooms overlook the front while the remaining two overlook the garden. On the top floor there is a quite superb master bedroom of an exceptional size with four velux windows that allow in a great deal of natural light and a whole bank of built in cupboards while across the landing is a very large en suite bathroom that all goes to create a superb master suite. This floor however could equally well be used as a teenager's games room or au pair suite if preferred. All in all this is a beautiful modern home of exceptionally well proportioned accommodation in a very convenient and favoured location."
