"A detached three bedroom bungalow on a quiet close offered to the market with no forward chain. Situated just a short distance from Oswestry town centre the property is convenient for all the town amenities.

The accommodation has been freshly decorated throughout but requires re carpeting.

A storm porch leads into an L shaped entrance hall which has loft trap access with ladder and a large airing cupboard housing the hot water cylinder. A spacious living room with arch opening to the dining room which has patio doors to the side. Off the dining room is the kitchen which has a range of units and an integrated Bosch oven, gas hob and space for a washing appliance, under unit appliance and microwave. There is a glow worm boiler and door leading to the side.

The bathroom has been refitted with a white three piece suite with shower attachment above the bath. There are three bedrooms all of which can accommodate double beds.
