We bought this property because it was within our price range at the time and we also fell in love with the location. The corner plot garden was the 'icing on the cake' because it provided the extra space outside for our children.
We have enjoyed living here simply because of its quiet location and being in a Close which makes it child friendly and also was spot on in terms of location as it is in the area of Tunbury school and also within touching distance of M2/M20 motorways.
We are moving because we have outgrown this property and now require a bit more space.
