"A superb end terrace home with allocated parking, located in a quiet area of the City, close to St. Dunstan`s and within a short walk of the West Station. It is perfect for those who are looking for a peaceful location yet want the convenience of being within walking distance of Canterbury`s High Street and the City`s amenities.

The property sits on the end of a row of terraced houses and enjoys a pleasant outlook onto greenery and trees to the front.
