"This wonderful family home offers bright spacious living accommodation throughout. To the ground floor, there is an entrance hallway, cloakroom, modern fitted kitchen with separate utility area and access to the double garage. Flowing off of the hallway, there is a lovely spacious dining room and a large light living room with an open fireplace; both rooms benefit from French doors leading onto the lovely South West facing garden. Finally on the ground floor is a good size study or snug. Upstairs, there is a landing with four excellent bedrooms leading off of it, three of which benefit from built-in wardrobes and the large master bedroom has a modern en-suite shower room. Further, there is a family bathroom.

Situation
Edwards Meadow was built in the early 1990's and has always been one of the most sought after addresses in the area, comprising four and five bedroomed detached houses on good sized plots. The leisure centre is a short walk away, the High Street a reasonable walk and paths lead directly into open countryside. The historic market town of Marlborough provides an extensive range of shopping facilities, a twice weekly market, a public library and various pubs and restaurants. The town is well served with state and private schools and benefits from a sports centre with an indoor swimming pool. Further, the surrounding countryside is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
