Location

The property is situated within the village of Beckermet which has good road links to the commercial areas of west Cumbria and the Western Lake District Fells.The viallage benefits from a a church, primary school and inursery facility. Pennine View stands on an elevated corner plot and is a well presented four bedroom detached bungalow which has the benefit of gas central heating, electric storage heating and double glazing. The feature of the property are the views from the front elevation over the village and towards the Western Lake District Fells. The accommodation has to include entrance hall with a hardwood glazed door and a radiator. The lounge has a fire surround, radiator, double glazed window with views. The kitchen breakfast room has a range of wall and base units incorporating a sink unit, two display cabinets, integrated appliances to include dishwasher and refrigerator, built in electric oven and gas hob with extractor hood over, a single glazed door to the rear porch, tiled flooring, tiled splashbacks, gas fied boiler housed in unit and ceiling coving. The rear porch has a double glazed access door leading out. The two ground floor bedrooms both have radiators and double glazed windows with the front facing bedroom having views over to the western Lake District Fells and the rear facing bedroom has laminate flooring and telephone point. The bathroom has a contemporary style white suite comprising panelled bath with electric shower, wash hand basin and wc, part tiled walls, tiled flooring and radiator. To the first floor there is a landing with under eaves storage space and a double glazed skylight window. There are two bedrooms both with double glazed skylight windows and double glazed gable end windows, storage heaters and under eaves storage. The larger bedroom has bespoke American cherry fitted wardrobes and cupboards. A shower room completes the accommodation and has a shower cubicle, low level wc, a vanity unit with inset wash hand basin, double glazed skylight, laminate flooring and a heated towel rail. Externally there are mature gardens to front, side and rear. To the side there is a patio area with a summerhouse and a driveway to the rear leads to the garage with an up and over door and power and has plumbing for a washing machine.
