"An attractive modern semi detached house, offered to the market with no onward chain and situated conveniently for Canterbury West railway station, St Dunstan‘s and the city centre. In addition to the convenience of the station and local shops which includes The Good Shed farmers market opposite the location offers easy access to local parks and riverside walks. The property is a good size and has versatile accomodation over two floors. On the ground floor is a spacious entrance hall with a cloakroom WC and laminate flooring that runs throughout the reception rooms. At the front of the property is a dining room, but alternatively this could be used as a spacious study, or a useful ground floor bedroom. At the rear of the house is a large, bright sitting room with built in under stairs storage and double doors onto the garden. The kitchen also overlooks the garden at the rear of the house and has a good range of white wall and base units, with wood laminate work tops, an eye level double oven, a gas hob and space and plumbing for a dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor are four bedrooms, two doubles and two adjacent single rooms that could, if desired, be knocked through to create another double bedroom subject to the usual consents .
