"Situated in an enviable position within a popular established residential area conveniently close to the local schools and town amenities this semi detached, extended, family sized homes comes to the market with no onward chain.

The split level interior is laid out over three floors and is accessed from the front door into the spacious reception area on the middle floor where there is access to the double sized bedroom three and the integral garage which is currently split into two with stud walling forming an area at the back that hosts the wall mounted, mains gas boiler which supplies heat to the radiators positioned around this family sized home.
