Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking the local recreational ground the property is within excellent school catchments and within an easy walk of local shops and schools to the south of Newbury. LOCATION Goodwin Walk is located in a quiet cul-de-sac to the south of Newbury in Wash Common.
